Frequently Asked Questions
Where do we meet for sessions?
Sessions are available virtually—via Zoom, phone, or your preferred video platform—and, when requested, in person for local clients or special arrangements.

How do I make payments?
Payments can be made securely by credit card, Zelle, Cash App, or online through the client portal.

How does this work?
Most clients choose to meet weekly. You can schedule your first appointment online, and then we’ll arrange your ongoing sessions together during our time.

What if I don’t want to continue?
You are free to cancel at any time—no long-term commitment required.

Do you offer event accompaniment?
Yes. I provide personal support by accompanying you to events that may feel challenging, stressful, or overwhelming. This could include movie sets, award shows, parties, business meetings, or family functions.
My role is to help you feel confident, grounded, and supported.

What’s the difference between coaching, ministry, and therapy?
While all three support growth and well-being, they serve different purposes:
-
Coaching focuses on your future goals. It’s about clarity, accountability, and practical steps to help you move forward and reach your potential.
-
Ministry is centered on faith and spiritual guidance. It provides prayer, biblical teaching, and encouragement to help you strengthen your walk with God.
-
Therapy addresses mental health and emotional healing. A licensed therapist helps you work through past wounds, trauma, or clinical concerns like anxiety or depression.
Coaching is not therapy or ministry, but it can complement both. Together, these approaches create a well-rounded path for healing, growth, and transformation.

What is your refund policy?
Please note that all payments are non-refundable. Your commitment of time, energy, and resources is an important part of the growth process.
